The Zane Grey is a twin deck catamaran that is based in Sydney Harbour.

Licensed to take 49 (plus crew) to 30 miles offshore, she also has the largest fishing licence in NSW (50).  

We restrict the public (shared) charters to a max of 18-20 fishing to reduce the risk of tangles in strong currents, however we can certainly take up to 49 for Private Charters. It just means that while some are fishing, others can be socialising or networking.

The twin level ensures there is plenty of shelter from the elements in terms of wind, rain or sunshine in the summer months.  

In season, offshore trips often get the chance to view the whales as they migrate either up or down the coast. The upper deck has a capacity of 25, so everyone can get a great view when the whales are breaching nearby.

Other features include:

- BBQ available for your use (inner harbour only)

- fridge and esky available, but plenty of room to bring your own esky/eskies

Designed for both Harbour and Offshore fishing, the Zane Grey is also suitable for Maritime training, Crew transfer and Offshore support (including towage) and of course Harbour Charters - with laser clay shooting off the back of the boat a speciality. As the Zane Grey is particularly wide and stable, it's also been used as a camera boat for both film and television work on numerous occasions.
